2026 Art Tours Catalog Image Submissions Guidelines

When it comes time to submit images during Art Tours registration, artists should submit four (4) total:

• Three (3) hi-resolution images of your actual artwork in a square format.

  PLUS:

• One (1) hi-resolution image of you in your studio working or next to your art for us to use in promoting Art Tours. If you do not have a studio to shoot an image in then an image of you working on your art anywhere else is fine.
  
  Note: You will have the option of using that studio shot as one of your three main images in the catalog when it comes time to register for Art Tours.)

As for dimensions, all images should be a minimum of 1200 pixels on the shortest side of your files with a resolution of 300 ppi. We will not accept any file that is under those specifications.

See below for some examples of the style of the shots we’re looking for with that fourth image. You may submit landscape or portrait orientation, but note that we will be cropping in on them square as necessary.
